Clients can cancel/reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment time. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour period, you will be charged the full amount of the service through the card entered upon booking. If a client does not show up for their appointment at all, they will be charged the full amount for the service as well. This policy protects our barbers as they depend on appointments to make a living.
Our cut-off time for late appointments is 15 minutes. If a client shows up later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, they will be charged the full amount for the service and the service will not be done at that time. The client may reschedule but will have to pay again, as they would be taking up another time slot.
If you are running late, please call the shop at 972-704-9439 and let us know, as sometimes accommodations can be made!
Our barbers run on time-sensitive schedules and work their hardest to service their clients in a punctual manner, so anything over 15 minutes would put them behind for their other clients.
